Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are buying

Pro is sold as a one-time package — a month or a year of access. It is a digital product, delivered immediately, and there is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Nothing bills you again unless you buy another package yourself.

Cancellation

Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply runs to the end of the period you paid for and then returns to the free plan. Your generations, files and settings are unaffected — they were always on your own machine.

Refunds

If the extension does not work for you, ask for your money back within 7 days of paying and you will get a full refund. No form, no reason required.

Please try support first — most problems are a setting or a Flow interface change that gets fixed quickly — but a refund is never conditional on doing so.

Refunds are not given for:

• A period that has already been substantially used (more than 7 days).
• Loss of access to your own Google account, or Google limiting your Flow credits. Those are between you and Google.
• Buying by mistake and asking after 7 days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
